Thank you in advance for completing the survey at the end of this slideshow. Your input in invaluable to PHA as we continue to expand and improve our programs. Pop-up blockers cause problems with the end-of-show survey. If possible, please disable your pop-up blocker before you begin.

Please Disable Pop up Blockers!

There are two types of pop-up blockers you may encounter. The first will be machine specific pop-up blockers that were installed by them or there Technical Support group. The way to disable these devices is to first locate the icon that represents this device then you can right click on it using your mouse and you should be presented with an option to disable the pop-up blocker or disable the device as a whole.

The other pop-up blockers that you may encounter will be accessible through the clients Internet Explorer browser. If the client is using the latest Windows system (Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6) then this application has a built in pop-up blocker. This device can be disabled by locating the “Tools” option on the menu bar located in the top right of your internet explorer browser and scroll down to pop-up blocker and click on the option to “Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.”

If you also have additional toolbars installed on there machines then they may need to disable those pop-up blockers as well. Such devices are Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar and MSN Toolbar. Any of these devices will have an additional pop-up blocker located on the toolbar and the client can right click on that feature and choose to disable it as well.

Thank you.
